FAQs

Welcome to the DIMABUE | Digital Marketing & Business Experts Help Center. Below are answers to the questions we receive most often about our workflow, design systems, payments, and platform policies.

🎨 Branding & Creative Design

1. How many revisions do I get for my design projects?

Every standard project milestone includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions at no extra cost. Revisions include adjustments to colors, fonts, layout tweaks, or text corrections based on your original project brief.

2. Can I request a completely new design concept during the revision phase?

No. Completely changing the project direction or asking for a brand-new concept is considered out of scope. If you need a total redesign, we will provide a separate quote or apply our standard hourly rate.

3. What happens if I forget to give feedback on a design draft?

To keep your project moving forward, we require feedback within five (5) business days of sending a draft. If we do not hear from you within this window, the design will be automatically approved as final so we can move to the next stage.

📈 Marketing & YouTube Monetization

4. Do you guarantee a specific number of sales, followers, or views?

While our main mission is to help your business grow rapidly on digital platforms, we cannot guarantee exact numbers or specific financial outcomes. Digital platforms rely on algorithms and consumer trends that change constantly and are outside of our direct control.

5. Will you guarantee that my YouTube channel gets approved for monetization?

We provide expert optimization, target audience strategies, and compliance reviews to give your channel the absolute best chance of success. However, the final decision to approve a channel for the YouTube Partner Program rests entirely with YouTube/Google.

6. What happens if a platform suspends or demonetizes my account?

DIMABUE strictly follows the guidelines of platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube. However, we have no control over automated platform strikes or policy shifts. DIMABUE is not legally liable for any account actions, suspensions, or demonetization penalties issued by third-party networks.

💰 Payments, Invoices, & Fees

7. What is your policy on late invoice payments?

Payment is expected by the due date listed on your invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid for seven (7) calendar days past the due date:

  • A 1.5% monthly interest fee will begin accruing daily on your balance.
  • Your active digital campaigns, design queues, and channel management will be paused immediately until the balance is cleared.

8. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a project?

Because we immediately reserve team resources, hours, and start working on your customized strategy upon sign-up, all payments made to DIMABUE are non-refundable.

9. Are ad budgets included in your marketing service fees?

No. Any advertising spend (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads) is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform. Our fees only cover our agency’s strategic management and creative optimization services.

⏳ Project Timelines & Communication

10. What is the “Project Abandonment” policy?

We love working closely with our clients, but delayed communication stalls our team’s scheduling. We ask that you respond to our requests within 14 calendar days. If a project is completely ghosted with no response for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, it will be declared officially Abandoned.

11. What happens if my project is declared Abandoned?

If a project is abandoned, all active work stops immediately. Any deposits or milestone payments made up to that point are forfeited to DIMABUE as a cancellation fee.

12. How do I restart a project that was declared Abandoned?

To restart an abandoned project, you must pay a 15% reactivation fee based on the total value of your project. Restarting is subject to our current project availability and scheduling queue.

13. Who owns the final files and intellectual property (IP)?

Once your project is completed and all outstanding invoices (including any late fees) are paid in full, complete legal ownership of your final customized designs and branding assets transfers entirely to you.
