2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started

  • Payment was made in error or duplicated

  • DIMABUE is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons

Once work has started or a service has been delivered (fully or partially), refunds are not guaranteed.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already started or completed

  • Customized or personalized branding work

  • Consultation fees once the session has taken place


4. Revisions and Corrections

Instead of refunds, DIMABUE Branding Agency offers:

  • Reasonable revisions based on the agreed project scope

  • Corrections for errors caused by our team at no additional cost

Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested before work begins

  • Approved cancellations may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on project status

  • Administrative or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
